The BIM integration was specifically driven by the Malpani Group across two prominent commercial and one residential projects nestled in Pune's vibrant urban center, encompassing a sprawling construction area of 20.3 million sq.ft. 1. Pioneered the establishment  of  the  Common Data Environment (CDE) on the Autodesk Construction Cloud Platform, serving as an integral nexus for  Project Models, Project Data, and fostering effective team activity and communication with the BIM standard setup for the company.

2. Concluded the refinement of Project Drawing Deliverables intricately tied to design stage  milestones.  This  involved  crafting  a  comprehensive  project  schedule meticulously  designed to align the Stakeholder Team, ensuring a Clash-Free Model and the generation of high-quality GFC Drawings.

3. Collaboratively participated in configuring templates for Bill of Quantities (BOQ) within the Consultant's BIM Models, streamlining the data management process.

4. Furnished Malpani's Site Execution Team with privileged access to approved drawings hosted on the Autodesk Construction Cloud, ensuring a seamless flow of validated information for on-site implementation.
